The spacious Grand Beautiful Double Room was immaculate, with ample amenities like a tv, hot and cold shower, and comfortable linens. The staff were sincere, really making me feel welcome.
The lobby felt a bit dark.

By and large, it was newly decorated and absolutely great place with consistently courteous staff in reception desk...

The hotel had a central location in Mactan island. And it was also adjacent to restaurants, and frequent taxi. The room was brand-new, with a queen size bed, a nice carpet, supplies, slept really well.

We enjoyed exploring nearby beaches and checking out local markets. The breakfast was decent, with various choices, and the staff was friendly.
One downside was the noisy street traffic, particularly in the mornings, difficult to get enough rest.

The only thing I like about the hotel it was close to eveything and the breakfast was alright
The hotel mis- reprensentration of all the sq.ft which is they say is 409 but more like 260 and then say they have jacuzzi but we never seen one ,as soon as we got there they put us in little room so small and I had to tell them that not what I pay for then move to little better but still not I pay for dirt in bathroom and if someone was going in out of roof maybe lookinng as you taking bath it just was the worth hotel for that kind of money in the phillipines my future wife had advise me I could get cheaper but I thought all this sq.ft would give us plent room to move around.

Just the location it's nearby to most of everything.
It's simply way below our expectation, money we spent was not worth it.

The location was super convenient, and the swimming pool area could be improved, but everything else was nice.

Room service was great, staff was friendly.
Only thing I did not like, I advised the cashier I miscalculated my departure time, and I needed to check out early. The cashier still wanted to charge me for 8 days instead of 7.

The location isn't bad: - SM and Ayala aren't so far (by walk or by taking a jeepney) - the airport can be reached in 20 minutes (outside of the rush hours) - it's relatively quiet
At our arrival, it took more than 30 minutes to receive the key of our room. They asked for a deposit (not required following Booked.net) and they didn't want to let us pay in another currency than php. They also asked for the payment of the whole stay (which I never experienced in my whole life). We received a first room with some hairs on the bed cover, used slipper under the bed and some stains on the bed sheet. The room was clearly not prepared to receive a new customer (fridge was empty and unplugged, no paper or even document around the hotel amenities). The airconditioner was an old manual one and was connected to a small terrace where hotel staffs keep smoking and talking every night. After one night, we asked to clean the room but when we came back, the room was not yet done. We called the housekeeper and after 20 minutes, nobody showed up. After 3 days, we met the manager and asked for a new room. The comfort of that room was acceptable. We also wrote a letter for the management to share our bad experience. Staffs are apparently young and don't have enough experience. Each request seemed to be such an embarrassing task. Breakfast is not appropriate for the price and never changed in 14 days. There is a swimming pool but no clean amenities in the surround. This Hotel is mainly occupied for congress, meetings, weddings, and it appears that they easily forgot their "usual" customers.

We enjoyed the spacious family suite and the friendly staff. The kids loved the outdoor activities available nearby, and it was a perfect escape from the daily grind. This venue is great for families with kids!
My wife says that the bathroom needed better maintenance.

The Grand Beautiful Double Room was spacious, a big plus. The decor felt a bit outdated, but the cleanliness and the good Wi-Fi made it comfortable enough for us. I loved the view we got, but that alone couldn't make up for the lack of proper breakfast options. Really hoped for something more traditional.

Had a lovely 18-night stay in a spacious Grand Deluxe Double Room. The cleanliness in the room impressed me, and I enjoyed the good Wi-Fi connection for my work. the breakfast options could use more traditional Filipino dishes.
